Get help through your account
Our support channel is the ticket system inside your Migos AI account. You can use it for video tasks, credit questions, account issues, privacy requests and product feedback.
- Sign in with the account associated with your request.
- Open Support Tickets and create a ticket.
- Give the ticket a clear title, describe the issue, and submit it.
Replies and follow-up questions appear in the same ticket. Return to Support Tickets to check progress. Response time depends on the request and any investigation needed.
What to include
- Video generation: task ID, approximate submission time, selected quality and aspect ratio, and what went wrong.
- Credits or a possible charge: the relevant transaction reference, date and amount, and the balance or charge you want checked.
- Account or privacy requests: describe what you need changed, accessed or removed so we can identify the request and verify account ownership as needed.
Screenshots can help explain an issue. Share only the information needed for support; do not include passwords, API keys or full card details.
Report content or appeal a decision
To report generated content involving suspected pornography / NSFW, violence / gore, hate speech, child-unsafe content (CSAM), deepfakes / impersonation or infringement, sign in and create a support ticket titled “Content report”.
Include the task ID or a link identifying the content, the suspected category and your reasons. If it concerns your likeness or other rights, explain your relationship to them. Do not re-upload suspected child sexual abuse or other illegal imagery; provide location information and a written description instead.
The site operator manually reviews reports, requests further information in the ticket when needed and communicates the outcome. Child safety, non-consensual intimate synthetic imagery and real threats to personal safety receive priority. See our Terms of Service for the prohibited categories, enforcement measures and review limitations.
To challenge a decision, reply to the original ticket or create a “Content appeal” ticket with its reference, your reasons and additional evidence. Reports and appeals both require sign-in; progress and replies appear in the ticket.
Before submitting a ticket
Check My Videos and Credits for the latest task and balance information. A browser disconnect does not necessarily mean a generation failed. Read the Refund Policy for how failed tasks and credit returns are handled.
Tickets require sign-in. If you have forgotten your password, use Reset your password from the sign-in flow to regain access.
